The Castlefield story began in 2002, when a small team of colleagues decided to found a business that could provide a truly personal service.
From day one, we wanted to be a business with clients at its centre and one that could also give all colleagues the chance to share in its future.
Over the last twenty years, we’ve grown and joined forces with two very well-established ethical advice businesses.
Today, we're an award-winning, employee-owned investment management and advice group that's part-owned by a grant-making charitable foundation.

Our net zero roadmap was produced in partnership with independent consultants, Positive Planet. This report provides an outline of why we're taking action and gives a breakdown of our current baseline emissions, together with our net zero targets. The data is then used to identify the roadmap of steps we're committed to take, in order to achieve our net zero targets.
