What the Company Does

Volex is a leading specialist integrated manufacturer of critical power and data transmission products. It provides power and connectivity from the most common household items to the most complex medical equipment serving a diverse range of markets and customers, with expertise in cable assemblies, also known as wiring harnesses, higher-level assemblies, data centre power and connectivity, electric vehicles and consumer electricals power products.

Volex works in more than twenty countries and targets four main markets: Electric Vehicles, Consumer Electricals, Medical Equipment and what Volex calls Complex Industrial Technology, which includes data centres and telecoms as well as buses and “off highway” vehicles. Customers choose Volex for three main reasons – quality, price and location.
