Tracsis has a blue-chip client base which includes all major UK transport owning groups, multiple local authorities, major outdoor music and sporting event organisers and a wide variety of large engineering and infrastructure companies. In North America, clients include Class 1 rail freight companies, transit operators, short line railroads and several large ports and industrial companies.

A strong balance sheet means that Tracsis is in a good position to make some more sensible acquisitions and the move into the US market is beginning to bear fruit. 

Tracsis delivers software and analytics solutions to transport networks, including rail, road and public sector clients. As digitisation increases across transport systems, cybersecurity threats such as data breaches, ransomware and system intrusions all increase.

A successful attack could disrupt critical infrastructure, compromise client data and result in reputational damage or regulatory penalties. Although it has invested heavily in cybersecurity resilience, Tracsis continues to assess cyber risk as elevated in both likelihood and impact.

Tracsis faces health and safety risks due to its large workforce operating across varied temporary and permanent locations in the UK, Ireland and North America, including some high-risk roles and environments such as proximity to vehicles. Certain divisions also employ high numbers of temporary staff, increasing exposure to hazards.
