Location is crucial and The Gym Group’s facilities tend to be in convenient, central areas or near to transport hubs. The company’s roll-out of new gyms is steady and considered. 

The group’s value-for-money proposition drives growth in membership numbers and its use of technology, via a membership App, enables users to interact with their gym in a way that suits them. There are advantages to getting bigger, in terms of operations, technology, brand and marketing.

With scale, the board can achieve strong financial returns which enable reinvestment to drive further growth. A virtuous circle.
