Therefore, we will keep a close eye on the strength of the company’s data protection measures, third party access to Optima Health’s records and is contractual obligations with large organisations such as the NHS or other major employers.
Clinical accreditations must be kept up to date.  

Contracting disputes, bid non-compliance or pricing issues can indicate governance and/or controls weaknesses and can damage revenue and reputation. Other risks centre around the attraction and retention of skilled staff, especially qualified clinicians.
