Helen will also be taking part in two invitation-only roundtable sessions for professionals working in retail financial services and investment:

  • How Can the Retail Investment Community Make Money and Do Good? What Might Being a ‘Dialshifter’ Look Like?
  • Exploring the New ‘Adviser Sustainability Group’ Report

These smaller, interactive sessions will bring together practitioners to discuss the practical realities of embedding sustainability into advice models, investment propositions and client conversations.

Alongside being a Chartered Financial Planner with over 30 years’ experience in financial services, Helen is Castlefield’s Carbon Literacy trainer and net-zero lead. Helen founded Eco Communities, a non-profit organisation tackling plastic pollution and designing circular living projects in Cheshire. As a passionate public speaker, Helen advocates for climate action, sustainable living, and a plastic-free, circular net-zero future. She also hosts Chester’s People Planet Pint and organises eco-focused events across Cheshire. More recently, Helen has been recognised with multiple sustainability and charity awards. including finalist in two categories of the Women in Green Business Awards and recognition in the Net Zero 50.

Reset Connect has grown to become the flagship event of London Climate Action Week, bringing together businesses, investors and policymakers to accelerate the transition to a net zero economy. In 2026, the organisers are launching Reset Connect North (2–3 March), expanding the platform to spotlight the North’s strengths in innovation, clean energy and sustainable infrastructure.

The conference takes place at Leeds Armouries between March 3rd & 4th and will unite regional businesses, investors and government bodies with the tools and partnerships needed to lead the green industrial revolution — unlocking new opportunities for collaboration, growth and jobs.
