Five Years on the ‘Best Financial Advisers to Work For’ List

Castlefield is proud to announce that we have been named one of the Best Financial Advisers to Work For, for the fifth consecutive year.

The 2026 list was unveiled at this year’s Professional Adviser Awards, where Castlefield was also shortlisted in the ‘Best Adviser Firm for ESG’ category.

Now in its 21st year, the awards celebrate excellence across the UK advice sector, recognising the firms, teams and initiatives that have made a meaningful impact over the past 12 months.

Our inclusion on the Best Financial Advisers to Work For list is particularly meaningful as it is driven directly by the views and experiences of our own Co‑owners. The assessment combines independent employee feedback with a rigorous benchmarking process, comparing workplace culture, engagement, wellbeing and organisational practices across the sector.

Reflecting on the achievement, Castlefield’s Head of People & Improvement, Ewelina Niziołek‑Wilson, said: “Being named one of the best advisers to work for five years running is an achievement we're incredibly proud of.”

This year’s awards ceremony took place at The Brewery in London, bringing together leaders from across the financial planning and advice profession to celebrate the innovation, purpose and progress driving the industry forward.
