I joined Castlefield in 2003 as its first externally recruited employee and have been part of the business for more than two decades, seeing it grow and evolve considerably during that time.
My current role spans technology and business systems, information and data protection, client reporting and financial crime. It’s a varied remit, which is one of the things I enjoy most about it - solving problems, improving the way we work and finding practical ways to make things work better.
Having been part of Castlefield for much of its journey, employee ownership is something I particularly value. I enjoy being part of a business where we all have a genuine stake in its future and a part to play in shaping what comes next.
Outside work, family and friends are a big part of my life. I love travelling and discovering new places and cultures, and I’ve always enjoyed bringing people together over food.
