I am a member of the Client Services team here at Castlefield, where I focus on the operational side of the business, ensuring that our clients’ investment decisions are implemented efficiently. The team is essential to the day-to-day operations of the company and I am enjoying being part of such a critical process.
What I have truly come to appreciate about being part of Castlefield is the supportive and open culture. Despite the impressive experience of those within the company, everybody – irrespective of their role or seniority – is approachable, reachable and willing to provide their expertise and knowledge of the financial services industry. This makes for a collaborative atmosphere with plenty of learning opportunities available.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active. I’ve been part of rugby, lacrosse, pickleball, underwater hockey and even cheese rolling teams in my time and I am a fair-weather cyclist. Less excitingly however, running has become my go to activity and I plan to represent Castlefield in the upcoming Great Manchester Runs.
