One of the things I enjoy most about Castlefield is the opportunity to work with colleagues to support the frameworks that underpin good governance, effective risk management and regulatory compliance. Working closely with teams throughout the business, I aim to provide assurance, challenge and practical guidance to help ensure we meet our obligations while remaining focused on delivering positive outcomes for clients. I am particularly interested in helping the business respond to change, whether that is new regulation, emerging risks or evolving client expectations. I enjoy working with colleagues to find practical solutions that support informed decision-making and help the business achieve its objectives. I believe compliance and risk management are at their best when they enable innovation, support growth and contribute to positive outcomes for clients, co-owners and the wider community.
