I joined Castlefield in January 2022 as the firm’s first dedicated IT team member, building and shaping our technology infrastructure to support secure, reliable and efficient client service. From managing our Microsoft 365 environment and device fleet to overseeing security, compliance, and internal systems, my focus is on ensuring technology runs smoothly so fellow co-owners can concentrate on delivering the best outcomes for clients.
Before Castlefield, I spent the 2010s travelling and working in the charity sector - experiences that gave me a grounding in adaptability and purpose-driven work, which I like to think still shapes how I approach things today.
Outside of work, I'm usually either on my bike exploring the Lancashire countryside or buried in a good game. I also have a slight obsession with planning overly elaborate social events - though I'll spare you the details on that one.
