I lead the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy at Castlefield, having held a variety of leadership roles since joining the business in 2018.
I was inspired to join Castlefield because I believe that taking a values-led approach to financial decisions can be a powerful force for good, yet is often overlooked. I'm even more convinced of that today. I'm proud to lead our employee-owned business, working alongside our talented co-owners. Castlefield's founding principles and values continue to shape our culture and approach.
Away from Castlefield, I'm a trustee of The Charity Service, a specialist charitable-giving organisation with roots in Manchester's charity sector. In my spare time, I'm a fair-weather runner and enjoy reading, music and following my hometown football team, Sheffield United.
