I joined Castlefield in 2025, with eight years of experience working in investment management compliance. I was drawn to Castlefield's strong ethical values, along with the opportunity to continue learning and grow my industry knowledge. Since joining, I’ve learned how Castlefield channels its resources to benefit society, the environment and clients alike, and it’s rewarding to play a part in that.
In my role, I help ensure we meet the highest compliance standards, providing clients with confidence in the way their investments are managed. The favourite part of my role is the variety it offers, which ranges from the precision required to analyse and verify data, to preparing for regulatory changes that help safeguard clients’ long-term interests.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family, creating as many memories as possible particularly during our son’s early years. In time, I aim to return to hobbies like football, staying active, watching films and travelling.
