Associate, Investment Management
BA (Hons), IMC (Unit 1), ACSI
Having graduated from the University of Liverpool, with dual honours in History and Politics, I entered Financial Services in 2006, joining the Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM). After several years within their investment accounting department (dealing with a myriad of institutional pension clients and sovereign wealth funds), I entered the world of fund accounting, working with UK based investment managers in helping them to deliver their fund ranges to the market place.
After ten years working at BNYM, Castlefield offered me the unique opportunity to help to establish a new investment fund business. This has allowed me to work even more closely with both in-house and third party investment managers, as part of a burgeoning business within the growing Castlefield group. Having successfully established the operation, we’ve continued to oversee the expansion of the fund range and look forward to even greater success. I’m particularly looking forward to developing a wider range of skills, as part of an already expanding team and plan to obtain the Diploma in Capital Markets as soon as possible.
Outside of work I enjoy being involved in my partner’s family business, through which my weekends can be spent delivering wedding cakes to many an interesting setting! Any other spare time is spent either enjoying football or cricket and travelling as much as possible
