I joined Castlefield in November 2020 after completing my postgraduate studies. I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Economics and a Masters in Banking and Finance from Manchester Metropolitan University. I was introduced to Castlefield whilst attending a conference on the role of ESG in the future of investment management. I learned about the concept of the “Thoughtful Investor” from one of Castlefield’s Co-owners, and my interest in the world of responsible investment developed from there. As an employee-owned business comprised of co-owners who share the same values, Castlefield has proved to be a perfect fit for me, both personally and professionally.
As a member of the investment management team, the majority of my time is spent on a variety of different tasks ranging from conducting engagement projects with our investee companies to upholding our voting policy and assisting the team with fund and equity research. Outside of work, my time is spent with family and friends, travelling, and following Liverpool FC, which can be exhilarating and exhausting in equal measures.
