The “S” of ESG really came to the fore over the last year or so, as we all dealt with the pandemic. “S for Social” gained prominence as employers were encouraged to consider the wellbeing of their employees and explore new ways of working, as Covid-19 and multiple lockdowns forced us all to change our behaviour, possibly forever.
As part of our continuing dialogue with the companies we invest in, we asked them how they were dealing with the crisis and, more importantly, about their plans for the future. We had some fascinating answers to our questions, as you will see in this report.
