2017/2018 Tax year highlights

Matthew Coppin, our infographic guru, breaks down the personal tax rates & allowances for the 2017/18 tax year. Highlights include; the increase of the ISA allowance to £20,000, uplift in personal allowance to £11,500, rise in capital gains tax allowance to £11,300, and finally, how it’s the last year to receive the full £5,000 dividend allowance (due to reduce to £2,000 in 2018/19).
