Many congratulations to Len Grant, who has won another Award for a blog: “Life without Papers”. Len is a writer and photographer who specialises in both social issues and urban renewal. Len has been photographing Manchester for many years, and as well as taking pictures of the city itself, he takes an active interest in the lives of people who would typically otherwise remain overlooked. His impact goes beyond the photos themselves - there is a direct benefit in simply having someone take an interest in their lives.
