After graduating from University in Poland, I decided to come to the UK. I fell in love with Manchester and became interested in people management, especially learning and development. I completed a Masters in Human Resource Management (HRM) and immersed myself in several different people-focused roles.
I joined Castlefield in September 2016. I am excited to be part of the values-driven team at Castlefield, largely due to the emphasis we place on employee development. My role covers all aspects of looking after our people, from recruitment and performance management through to the design and delivery of training.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, mainly outdoors (whatever the weather!) and teaching Polish to my kids and husband. I also try to sew my own clothes and grow my own vegetables.
