I joined Castlefield in June 2022, having spent a year working at an environmental consultancy. I graduated from the University of Bristol with a First Class Honours (BSc) in Geography and it was during this time that my interest in the environmental and social dimensions of sustainability really developed. After becoming increasingly conscious of the finance industry’s leverage and ability to steer businesses towards responsible practices, I was drawn to Castlefield, a company where sustainability and investment intersect.
My role in the Investment Management team is focused on stewardship and engaging with our investee companies across a range of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. The ethos of responsible investing can be traced right back to the origins of Castlefield, and it quickly became apparent to me how ethical considerations flow through every level of the business.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, travelling, and spending time with friends and family. I can regularly be found escaping the city – I grew up in the countryside and love exploring new places, especially with my two dogs.
