I joined Castlefield in July 2018, having previously spent over six years as Assistant Compliance Manager at an Investment Management company in Dublin. I like to keep my industry knowledge up to date and since gaining my Bachelor of Business degree in 2011, I have completed various compliance and risk examinations with both the ACOI in Ireland and the CISI in the UK.
My role within the Risk and Compliance team involves supporting all areas of the business. I enjoy the role as it has a wide range of responsibilities and it allows me to learn constantly about new regulations and requirements while developing ways to apply them to the company. Castlefield appealed to me as it has values that I support, plus the positive culture of the firm and of my fellow co-owners was clear ever since my initial interview.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and young son, visiting my family and friends in Ireland, travelling, attending concerts, playing or watching sport and making use of my Manchester United season tickets.
